These terms cover two things: browsing the-247.com, and hiring us to build or rescue something. If we sign a separate contract or statement of work with you, that document wins wherever the two disagree.
Who you are contracting with
the247 is the technical arm of Creative Corporation, a marketing and advertising company founded in 2009 and registered in Palestine. Creative issues our invoices and pays tax in Palestine. We work online with clients anywhere.
Registered address: Al-Harajah Building, Arab Bank 2nd Floor, Ramallah, Palestine. Company phone +972 2 2988880, info@creative.ps. Day to day, reach us at info@el7mz.com.
Where these terms say "we", that means Creative Corporation trading as the247.
Using this site
The site is a portfolio. Everything on it is there to read. The writing, the layout, the logo and the screenshots belong to us or to the clients whose work is shown, so do not republish them as your own. Linking to any page is fine and you do not need to ask.
The project descriptions describe work as it stood when we wrote them. Live sites change and some of these are still in beta, so treat the status badges as a snapshot rather than a guarantee.
How a project starts
A conversation is not a contract. Work begins once we have agreed in writing on scope, price and rough timing, whether that is a signed document or a clear email thread. Anything outside that agreed scope is new work, quoted separately.
Estimates are estimates. We will tell you as soon as we know that something is going to take longer than we said, which on rescue work happens more often than on a build from scratch.
Vibe coding rescue
Rescue work means taking over a codebase somebody else, or some AI tool, already wrote. That carries risks a fresh build does not, so it is worth being blunt about them.
- We start with an audit. Sometimes the audit says the code cannot reasonably be saved and a rewrite is cheaper. We will tell you that instead of billing you to patch it, and the audit is still chargeable.
- We cannot promise that every existing feature survives. Some of them were never working in the first place.
- You need to actually own the project, or have permission from whoever does. We will ask.
- If the original code infringes somebody's licence or copyright, that is on the project owner, not on us. We will flag anything we notice.
- We ask for the narrowest access we need, and we expect you to rotate credentials after handover.
What we need from you
Most delays are not technical. They come from waiting on content, brand files, access, an approval, or an answer to one blocking question. If a project stalls on our side of the conversation for more than 30 days we may pause it and re-quote the remaining work at current rates.
You confirm that anything you give us, including text, images, logos and data, is yours to use.
Payment
Prices, currency, schedule and method are set per project in the agreement. Invoices are issued by Creative Corporation from Palestine, and any tax shown on them follows Palestinian law. Unless we agreed otherwise, part of the fee is due before work starts and the rest on delivery. Invoices are payable within 14 days.
If an invoice goes unpaid we may pause work and hold off on handover until it clears.
Who owns the result
Once the final invoice is paid, the deliverables for your project are yours: the source code we wrote, the designs, and the content we produced for you. Before that, we keep ownership.
We keep the right to reuse our own general tools, libraries, boilerplate and techniques on other projects. That is not your project's code, it is the toolbox we carried into it.
Third-party components keep their own licences. Open source stays open source, and paid fonts, images, plugins and hosting stay in your name and on your account.
Unless you ask us not to, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and describe what we built.
AI-assisted development
We say this on the front page and we will repeat it here: we build with AI tooling doing a lot of the scaffolding, migration and boilerplate. A human scopes the work, reviews the output and ships every release. Project files and code may pass through third-party AI services while we work. If your project cannot be handled that way, say so before we start.
Warranty and support
We fix bugs in what we built, free, for 30 days after handover. A bug means the thing does not do what we agreed it would do. New features, changes of mind, and breakage caused by someone else editing the code afterwards are new work.
Beyond that window, everything is delivered as it is. We do not promise that software will be uninterrupted or free of every error, and we do not control the uptime of the platforms it runs on.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Where we are liable, the total is capped at what you paid us for that project.
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited.
Ending a project
Either of us can end a project in writing. You pay for work done up to that point, and we hand over what exists in its current state. If we are the ones walking away without cause, we refund the unused part of what you paid in advance.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page. The version that applies to your project is the one in force when we agreed the work.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of Palestine, and the courts of Ramallah have jurisdiction, unless your project agreement names somewhere else. Talk to us first. Most things get sorted in an email.
