This page covers the-247.com and the work we do for clients. We are a three-person studio, so there is not much machinery behind this. We collect very little, and most of what we do collect comes from you emailing us.

Who we are

the247 is the technical arm of Creative Corporation, a marketing and advertising company founded in 2009 and registered in Palestine. Creative issues our invoices and pays tax in Palestine. We work online with clients anywhere.

Registered address: Al-Harajah Building, Arab Bank 2nd Floor, Ramallah, Palestine. Company phone +972 2 2988880, info@creative.ps. Day to day, reach us at info@el7mz.com.

Creative Corporation is the data controller for everything described below.

What the website collects

There are no accounts on this site, no logins and no forms. Nothing you type is stored here, because there is nowhere to type.

Two things still happen in the background when you load a page:

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare keeps its own short-lived server logs, including IP addresses, for security and traffic handling. We do not read them and cannot link them to anything else.

How to turn the analytics off

Block cookies for this domain in your browser settings, use private browsing, or install Google's opt-out extension. The site works exactly the same either way.

What we collect when you contact us or hire us

If you email info@el7mz.com or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation. That usually includes your name, your email address or phone number, and whatever you told us about the project.

On a paid project we also end up holding things you hand over so we can do the work: brand files, copy, product data, screenshots, access to a repository or a hosting account, and sometimes credentials. Billing details go through whatever invoicing or payment method we agree on at the time.

We use all of this to answer you, quote the work, build the thing, and get paid. We do not sell it, and we do not send marketing email.

Credentials and repository access

Rescue work often means we get access to someone else's half-finished project. When that happens we ask for the narrowest access that lets us do the job, we keep credentials only while the project is open, and we ask you to rotate them once we hand back. If you want them rotated sooner, say so and we will stop working until new ones arrive.

Who else sees your data

A small number of services we use to run the studio:

On a rescue or a build, project material may pass through the AI tools listed above. If that is a problem for your codebase, tell us before the project starts and we will scope the work differently.

Nobody else gets your data unless a court or a law requires it.

How long we keep it

Analytics data expires on Google's default schedule. Project files and conversations we tend to keep, because old projects come back and clients ask for things years later. If you want yours deleted, ask and we will delete it, apart from anything we have to keep for tax or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@el7mz.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Children

This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this page we will change the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, so check back if it matters to you.
